Les prises corporelles se situent au niveau des chevilles, genou, bassin, omoplates, poignets, t\u00eate et nuque. Adaptable pour chaque personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La s\u00e9ance qui dure entre 30 et 50 minutes, se d\u00e9roule au sol, sur un tapis ferme.
